Just looked up ncaa stats and Uva D looks stout

I thought we were killing on sacks and tfl, but Uva is tied on sacks and has more tfl's than Clemson and next behind us in total D.
And their schedule so far has been respectable. FSU, Pitt and W&M.
Gonna be a good game at the ACCCG imo,
As a side note, Wisconsin hasn't allowd any points yet and avg 100 yds/game on D. Havent played anyone but still, thats good.

They do have a good D, and since they are well coached, should do well against most ACC teams. But they won't come remotely close to matching up with us size and speed wise. Think of the basic Pitt defenses we've played against in the past.

I'd say they are both on the level of a syracuse. GT is probably the worst team in the acc this yr.

Agreed. Doesn't leave a mark on Clemson or UVA as being lesser teams. Just not great competition for either thus far... except aTm
