Yes sir. I hope he runs away with the third base position. I like what I'm seeing out of Chris Williams lately also. He's hitting the ball well.

our lineup is coming together nicely. although I still wish Cox hadn't have gotten hurt, but Ive heard good things about Williams and I believe that he will end up being a solid performer for us. and as far as the pitching goes, just remember that two of our starters are freshmen and one just recovered from cancer. and in my opinion is pitching really well. he just seems to always have that one bad inning, luckily it hasn't hurt us too bad yet.

Pitching is really struggling since the Miami series. Though nice to score on wild pitches and walks, I still want to see more hits with runners in scoring position.

we still scored runs, and won both games, but it makes a difference if he's in.

Tonight he has two BB and two hits in 5 plate appearances with 3 RBI.

Surprised to see a freshman in there. Thought Batson would be the next guy up as I think he played 3rd some last year and is a red shirt soph.

I agree, but Greene has been solid thus far. All he needs to do is play solid defense, get on base, and bring a little speed to the base paths and he has done that in his first couple starts.
