After watching some other "elite" teams play today, I'd say we're looking pretty good.

Auburn was embarassing. UofV over ND at the half. UGA is struggling vs Vandy late in the 2nd. WTH is happening. OSU beathing Hawaii 14-0 late in 1st half.
Wierd. Alabama similar with Middle Tennessee ...

I have to assume that those teams would be considered elite as well. But today we handled our business. At the half it wasn't a game any longer and the defense was proving itself again.

It's Clemson vs the Standard (yeah - I'll drink the Koolaid). We beat ourselves some -- but the competition didn't threaten - not really.

This was a good win and other 'elite' teams will be scratching their heads over week 2 wondering how that could have happened.
