Me too. If he gets fully healthy, he's got the build of a MLB. It would be sweet to see Stephone at Will, Steward in the middle and Lateek on the strongside in 2013. Talk about beast!

I know Stephone has that positon manned down now, but Tony just looks the part of a MLB. He's stockier and just as fast and had a lot of TFL in college.

The good thing is, most of our LB's can play multiple position. If I were Veneables, I'd be like a kid in the candy shop.

News flash to media members

I really liked the way Tony handled that question. He wasn't rude but he sure did make it really plain that he wasn't going to get into trashing Steele. Other players have obviously either been coached about how to handle these questions or they are really smart or both. I like to think it's mostly that they are really mature and smart.
This is the most impressive thing about the players Dabo recruits to me. They all appear to have as much personal character as physical talent.

A while back. He didn't keep them very long when he got to Clemson. I think he looks a little like Doug Williams now.

He still had them at the Orange Bowl.

Has anyone else noticed

that our LBs from the 2011 class are all very soft spoken, but have the potential to be one of the heaviest hitting LB corps we have had in while. Just kind of ironic.

Brad Brownell: more losses than any other coach in school history.

I would SO love to see him out there for us this year, but

even more importantly is that he be patient and conservative in his caution. He is so very talented...I hope he gives himself the best chance at peak success.

I can't wait for the day when he "arrives."

It absolutely ticks me off when media cross the line. I understand it could have been an honest mistake on the reporters part asking so many questions about the ACL tear, but look you guys. As someone who has tore both, it's hard enough to come back and play without reservation as a MLB. He's finally through rehab and back in the mix, probably starting to not think so much about it, and a few reporters make him relive the whole thing. The question about what did it do to you emotionally was across the line IMO. Asking about how his speed is, strength, how he's getting around, that's all fine. It's positive. Implying that it messed him up emotionally will do just that. Media's usually good, but for Tony's sake, and for our teams sake, I hope that reporter shuts up about it. Rant finished.
