... when I was at Clemson the pot smokers seemed to stay in their Johnstone dorm room (or where ever they lived) and get high and then wonder downtown on foot.

First Coleman and now Sammy driving around with pot.

I could joke that Clemson needs smarter pot smokers, but that probably isn't very funny right now.
