John McKissick at Summerville high school to retire now

Before the season starts.
Longest tenured and winningest football coach on any level.
While he was a great coach I did not approve of his policies in years past. They use to red shirt high school kids to give them more time to develope. While I think it's ok on college level most if the high school kids don't have a chance to play college ball.

They used to dress out their JV against Berkeley (I played safety there in the mid 80's) so they would look much bigger than they already were . Didn't matter , we went 2-1 against the Green Wave during my time. Old Gerald Moody had his number a few times even though the available kids were about 5-1 in Summerville's favor even then .
Mike Dingle was our RB then , and he could pretty much take a game over ...which he often did.

In the 98 state game against Gaffney because he said he was going to retire then. I never liked or respected him after that. At least Gaffney made him and Aj Green their beach in the 05 state game. Maybe he'll croak soon like Jo Pa did.

Nobody cares where someones children end up matriculating , the guy is disliked by these folks and the OP , and that is the reason for it .
What , is his daughter going to launch a campaign against the OP and the others for talking smack on an internet message board ?
