Is there an NCAA policy against marijuana? If the school, conference, or NCAA don't have policies against using it, it could be an advantage to those schools I guess.

I still think they get suspended. Just because something is legal, it doesnt mean you can go off and do it.

Alcohol is legal ....but I guarantee you if I start drink jack and Cokes at work, I would get fired.

That's an excellent question. I had not thought about that possibility. What is the legal age to smoke it in those states? 18 or 21?
