question for those that attend the games

Oct 30, 2018, 9:33 AM

my coot buddy says the yellow line can not be seen at the games, only on TV. To me it seems like the opposite would be true.

You listen to coots ?

Oct 30, 2018, 9:35 AM

Think about that for a minute.

This is precisely why I don’t read TigerNet any longer!

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Paper or plastic?

Whatever choice(s) you make makes you. Choose wisely.

There is no 1st down marker at all at Clemson games.

False. The yellow line can not be seen on TV or at the game due to the jerseys, but all coots have one right down the center of their back.

It is much easier to see the yellow line where the coots have peed themselves in fear when playing us on tv. From the upper deck most people don't notice it at all.

Who paints it each time (magnified 1000 times)

You cannot see the line

Oct 30, 2018, 10:08 AM

Only the down and distance is visible at the games.

We need a HUD screen in the face mask

Oct 30, 2018, 10:12 AM

so that players can see the yellow line, 360 degree view of the immediate surroundings, maybe an arrow pointing to the best direction to cut, etc. Can we get Clemson engineering and Newspring to start working on that?

Hey, my GF#1 LOVES the yellow line & loves the replays when they show

Oct 30, 2018, 10:51 AM

the circle around a player’s feet when re-showing their path of running & scoring.

I do too!

I have been told by a reliable source the lines are drawn by a laser beam using quick drying paint. When there is a gain or the chains are moved for a first down, another laser beam erases the old lines. It's amazing how modern technology has invaded every aspect of college football. Another amazing fact is the lines are invisible to those attending the game. We must still resort to checking the sideline chain and yard markers.

Obviously this is a cry for help. Try changing emotional support animals. Someone on here has a cat that clawed their face. Reach out.
