I agree that we need to part ways with Jack but my thing is if you up an fire jack who in the eyes of his fellow coaches in the baseball world is a legendary coach who else would want to coach after him if a school would just fire him after so many years of great baseball I think our problem is his assistant coaches aren't what we had in the years where we was elite I think it's time to find jack some help not just fire him and bring a nobody coach in an have same results as this year

IF A coach is afraid to come to Clemson because we may fire them for being sub par then I don't want them any way.

I agree but a new coach a new style the right type of players is needed and that takes more than just a few years

that we have allowed Jack five plus years to get the program in the condition it is in now I would have to question the wisdom of anyone who thinks we have a quick trigger.

I have to agree with the poster above...if us letting go of Jack this year is something that turns a coach off then we are better off without that coach.

You can't live in the past, it's what have you done lately. Jack has not done a good job lately. You mention that it's the assistant coaches fault, but who hired them? Jack is making the calls and they are not the right ones, so he has to go. There are a lot of good coaches out there and any coach would jump at the chance to coach at Clemson.

The money wont be right spending to much on all three major sports. I keep telling people Jack is not going anywhere this year. NO MONEY.

CU is a desireable job. We will be fine. This needs to go. Sounds like the scardy stuff about firing Bowden and what would Booby do to us. If this is a worry try growing a pair
