Well, we played three SEC teams last year and took care of business. I guess Alabama wasn't motivated and really didn't want to be there.

In the past 3 years (Smart era), Clemson is 9-1 against opponents that Georgia plays. Georgia is 6-4 against teams that clemson plays. Dawgs even have a loss to a 4-4 ACC clown team Nerdy McKneecapperkick.


Against common opponents upon first meeting (ie rematches don't count since there isn't one for Clemson, for only first attempt counts -2017 Auburn). Plus this takes into account the home and home series as there will not be a location bias for records against Auburn and neutral sites.


2018 (Bama, SC and GT
Clemson 3-0
UGA is 2-1

2017 (Auburn, Bama, GT and SC)
Clemson 3-1
UGA 2-2 *Note, they did beat Aweburnt in the SEC title

2016 (Auburn, SC, GT)
Clemson 3-0
Georgia 2-1

It's ashame the SEC homers can't understand that their league is not what it use to be. Who was good in the SEC East last year. West was not that good either. I don't see much changing in 2019.
I see some jealousy.
