marginal shooter at best with slow, low release. Straight line driver and not a shot creator. I was surprised his true height is only 6-5,3/4. Also surprised his vertical dropped by four inches and that it is now only 31 inches. Not sure what's up with that. What helps him is a pretty good wingspan. He'll be a decent defender, but not much of a scorer, actually similar to KJ. Hopefully he fares better than KJ at the pro level. But the NBA is a league of lengthy players who can knock down shots from all distances, and if you can't shoot, the rules of Darwin are pretty harsh.

Defense isn't exactly his strong suit. He's a more polished offensive player than KJ but KJ is a much better defender.

Nothing in that write up referenced college coaching. More an indictment of coaching earlier in his life. Those fundamentals were learned long before he got to Clemson.

Jaron has somehow lost half an inch of height, 2.5 inches on his standing reach, and 5.5 inches on his vertical from last year's NBA combine until this year's?!? That's ridiculous.
Your agenda to criticize our coaching staff is so obvious in your post. The article you linked says nothing about "poor coaching of fundamental techniques." Pathetic attempt, man.
