After the caravan is turned around they can take it to the SCOTUS and see how the law addresses presidential power over border control.

Might I suggest we can caravan anywhere we want in our OWN Country, not anothers country unless we entered properly. These are not Mexican citizens, they have entered Mexico illegally and as such they should be stopped by the Mexican govt. and directed to the nearest US Consulate for paperwork process on claims. His main complaint is allowing free passage to our southern border when that is not how it should or is supposed to work. Reality is the paperwork actually should be done in home country , not overwhelm checkpoints at the US/Mexico border.
