Rivals has him as a border line 5 star and #4 WR. 247 has him at #40 and a 3 star. Please help me understand..

ESPN has him as the #81 wr and a 3 star. Makes no sense. No way there are 80 better wr's than Powell.

He was the best player on the field by FAR. The same field that their #35 in the nation/#2 running back BJ Emmons played on.
