Only if UGA beats Bama do we possibly get ND. They will not pair UGA and Bama again in the CFP, even though it should not matter. They simply will not ever do that. Someone long ago made that "rule" I guess, and nobody is willing to change it. I would prefer that the CFP just put the names in a hat and draw rather than use their old logic.

Remember a few years back when TCU was sitting at 4th and got booted for not playing in a Championship Game? Same thing is gonna happen next week. If Bama beats Georgia and Oklahoma wins it’s gonna be:

I agree. I think ND slips a spot out of convenience and they play Bama in Dallas. We get OU in Miami... Also, let's be honest: ND is clearly the 4th-best team in that situation.

 I'm not sure that either OU, OSU, or ND want any part of CLEMSON after recent years of getting beat. I don't think they've recovered mentally from those beat downs.
