the decision not to run the ball on 2nd and 3 around the five was crazy.

You would have 2 or 3 chances at the first down. Plus RUN CLOCK!!!!! I mean there was 1:45 left.

We could have at least left them with little or no time. But those two throws gave them the ball with time to do the best they could have hoped to accomplish...score a TD.

Really not on board this time.

Amen to that. Let's just hope our defense comes out with reckless abandon in the 2nd half. Let's get a stop and then a quick score and crush these knuckleheads. Go Tigers!

As far as the defensive play calling, I like the pressure on the QB but if we are going to play man then we need to back off the press coverage. Need to look at zone, only downside is it would give Cook room to run.

Good points. They also started picking up our blitzes on that last drive. Let's see what Venables dials up for the second half. Go Tigers!
