the talent is there. he just needs some work out of the pen. good job in holding down a power hitting team tonight though

That's a big time start for a freshmen during a losing streak. Jackson had the entire team looking to him to pitch a big game and get the team back in the W column and he delivered.

Good sign that he stays composed no matter what the situation is. That serves him well. He is going to be very good over the next two years.

Yep. Kid hasn’t started in a long while and then is asked to end the losing streak basically. Lots of pressure and he did very well

very good. ttu isnt a good team but they can certainly hit and led the wolfies 6-4 in the seventh the day before. we held them to 2 runs and 4 hits until we got very deep in the pen.
