Extremely doubtful on either. If anyone is getting promoted from within it would probably be Shawn Elliot.
Mangus is a great recruiter but to be honest I haven't seen much else from him. QBs haven't exactly been a strong suit and the whole peeing thing is embarrassing to say the least.

I actually think Leach would be a good fit at sc...just because he has a mystique to him much like Morrison did.
