Do whatever PT tells you, to the extreme. Your goal is to minimize arthritis and scar tissue in the affected joints, which is unfortunately a probability. And maintain/regain muscle tone, tendon stretching, etc. You'd be surprised at how quickly your arms, way more than your injury area, atrophies. Your loss can be way more than the injury itself. Stay on your exercises relentlessly. Good luck.

not paying attention, my kid brakes in front of me going down a hill, i locked up the front brake and went for a fly. helmet save me a concussion and something worse, cracked it good
