JB is a 6'7 PF. Unless he becomes a 2 guard over night, it's not happening.
He's a great college player.

Im a basketball enthusiast and I watched hiw game close, if he sets his mind to it he could wasily be in the mold of kris middleton of the Milwaukee bucks. The guy has some dribbling skills and he shoot 43% from deep and 75% from free throw. Plus he has a crazy work ethic, he will make it to the NBA but probably as a undrafted free agent. Imagine if a team like san antonio or new oleans picks him up. The guy is good juat not great but he has the fire and passion.

KJ wasn't ready, and now he's in pro-career hail.
So, can we not somehow find a way to leave these kids' egos alone
long enough to actually mature their entire game?
JB has had a very nice run, and he is "the man" on this team, no doubt;
but
he doesn't handle the ball well enough,
play good enough man-to-man defense, or
even consistently pass well enough for the pro game right now.
I'm also concerned about his jump shot.
He's been hitting it lately, for sure,
but he also shoots from an abnormally-forward hand-position,
completely out in front of his face and not from up above the forehead like most.
I'm afraid he's going to have a hard time getting that off like that in the pros.
IMHO, of course.

I'd gladly take KJ's place in 'hail' for the $3 million/year he's getting to keep that seat warm. KJ made a very astute decision...he worked his butt off and it will pay off for him.
Blossomgame isn't KJ, though.

they possibly could have gone for KJ in his first season. He turned down a standard rookie multi-year contract that guaranteed some stability, but not a ton of money in hopes of having a good first season and signing a better deal over the offseason. His 1-year deal worked perfectly as he exceeded pretty much all expectations in Philly and set himself up for a good payday.
I don't know why Houston traded for him and buried him on the bench, but none of it had anything to do with KJ not being ready when he left Clemson, and i still fully expect him to get more opportunities, whether they are with Houston or another team.
So please shut your mouth if you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
