as he was crossing the plate after scoring and he elbowed him in the chest. I think it was the leftfielder.

Boulware was blocking the plate and baseline when there was no play at home. Agree totally that Caldwell should not have thrown the elbow. At the same time Boulware had no business blocking the plate. Both players need to act classy, neither did.

lol ### were you talking about he was not blocking #### he was standing there watching the play in front of him. He was behind home plate.

Go back to FGF you stupid SOB.

Actually he did stand and block the plate. By the way, I think it's really gutsy that you call people names from the safety of your keyboard. Make you feel like a man?
Not on FGF either.

Yes I did. I was listening to our broadcast and had the TV

sound turned down. What did the announcers, including that coot Dyson, say about it when they showed the replay?

they ignored it***

Happened on the same play where

the coot about took out Krieger's knees breaking up the DP. The announcer said "where was he supposed to slide?", but there's a difference in sliding and using your elbows and upperbody to trip him up

@18wheeler...I have been in both situations as a runner(throwing elbow) and catcher (close to plate). The next time the runner would have come to bat he would have got some chin music. nuff said

Agree with you on that one! It would be in the "lesson learned first time" category.
