not great tailgating weather, but team deserttiger endured and thrived. We were outnumbered , as expected, (maybe even to a greater degree than last time vs the nuts). Our section was entusuastic and fun, so we really didn't notice or care. The moscow mules prepared by dt85 were a hit with visitors, although the copper mugs were cold in the wind ! They were a nica addition to the menu, along with the food and beer. For the most part, the ohio crowd was well mannered, but for one idiot that got removed and then was allowed to come back. Our fans were awesome, as always, and we had a great time. We realize how fortunate we are to have playoff games out here in the desert, with no travel costs for us to endure. Quick question - I missed the def holding call on the overturned interception - was it an obvious call ? With all of the officiating whining, have not heard anything about that one. It was a big call. Go tigs ! on to NOLA

Definitely holding, but no worse than what OSU was doing to our WRs. Constantly grabbing the front of our jersey and holding. Constantly. Not called.

If you were to watch a replay you would see defensive holding. No doubt. If you were to watch any 10 mid to deep pass plays you would have seen as bad or worse by both teams. For some reason, probably an extended arm, this one was called.

ok thx - was wondering if it was more flagrant than the usual. Apparently not. And absolutely no discussion about it from the talking heads yapping about officiating
