bad form/technique on bench presses

did anyone else notice the poor technique on the bench presses. Coupla guys using their whole body (mostly back) to push the bar up. That is just asking for an injury. scares me for some of these kids. Are they allowed to use poor technique in training with 'experts' around?

Was this filmed before or after Tony Steward's knee injury?

Because I see nothing wrong with the knee (should there be any kind of brace/dressing on the knee, i wouldn't know.)

Also he says it's freshmen that are red shirting, if this was filmed before his injury, then he wasn't a red shirting freshman then was he? He was playing.

i have no clue if that was before. i know players are able to walk even with a torn acl so maybe he just doesnt like wearing the brace.

I have seen Tony on campus and he usually has a brace and crutches but he usually is just carrying the crutches and not using them...

I saw Tony twice for the UNC game, once before and once after. He was walking carefully and maybe even gingerly on crutches but still using both legs.
