for his actions. Two games was fair for Watkins and it will pass quickly. Sammy didn't do anything really bad, and anything more than two games would have been harsh. I personally think a simple first game suspension would have been plenty, but I guess Dabo thought two was warranted. Watkins seems like a good kid and he'll be fine. I still want to beat the snot out of you guys in November, but I thought Dabo handled this blip on the radar pretty well as a coach.

First point I have ever given a coot. Thanks. I agree. Sammy is a good "kid" that made a mistake. We as fans often forget these are kids. College is a time for young adults to make mistakes and learn how to handle consequences. Considering where SW is from is an accomplishment that he still has PTI to use. When he becomes an adult this punishment will teach him and prepare for life as a man. People often forget that part of being a high school or college coach also holds the responsibility of preparing these "kids" for adult hood.
