I seriously doubt that very few if any people think poorly of our University or football team because some people wear Orange Overalls!
I cannot honestly say I have heard one media member local or national say "Man, Clemson would be all world if it weren't for those Orange Overalls".
To suggest so is asinine!

But anyone who wants to take a very popular tradition away from Clemson fans because that one fan thinks it’s “a bad look in 2019”, then doubles down by:
1) Making fun of Clemson fans who like the tradition.
2) Accusing anyone who disagrees with him of being snowflakes.
3) Lies about the support he has for his position.
Is either A) not a true Clemson fan or B) out of touch.

Seven flag wavers behind one end zone and a very very small minority of fans wear orange overalls. The woo hoo is far more popular in terms of numbers.
You’re being dramatic and you know it. I’m not suggesting that we change our mascot, school colors, alma mater, or actual legitimate football traditions like running down the hill or rubbing the rock.
1. I’m not making fun of people who like the overalls tradition, but I do think it looks bad. I’m allowed to think that, and post my thoughts here.
2. One who disagrees is not a snowflake. I was actually called a snowflake first, which is ridiculous simply because I don’t like orange overalls. The real snowflakes are the one who are offended and taking it personally that I don’t like them. I’m honored that my opinion carries so much weight with them though!
3. I didn’t lie about others agreeing with me. I’ve had multiple people who watched Clemson games with me, both casual football fans as well as recent Clemson fans, who commented about the orange overalls. The following comments were made to me:
-Orange overalls look ridiculous
-Orange overalls look redneck
-Why does a good school like Clemson have those flag wavers wearing overalls?
I don’t know why you find it so hard to believe that someone might not care for orange overalls, Clemson fan or not. Perhaps you are the one who is out of touch.

Because to them, orange overalls are a "Clemson thing" and have been worn for a long time, so of course they are cool. The people who have made comments to me are either not Clemson fans or are new Clemson fans.
Traditions are great, and obviously some traditions are and should be timeless. Others are perhaps not worth keeping, and to me, orange overalls are one of them.
I'm not sure why you are so bothered by my opinion on this. You clearly love the orange overalls and view them as a key Clemson tradition. That's great. Feel free to move on from discussing this, rather than continuing to debate me, make insinuations about me, criticize me personally, and start multiple sarcastic threads about this.
