You'd think with all those extra kids they'd figure out a way to win. Or it just proves how bad they are at development that they can't create more studs from that group.

My guess would be that you would find this at most of the top 10. Get the transfer thing - but how many don't qualify and go JUCO - wonder what a rerank minus the JUCO losses would look like amonst the bama's and dawgs.

You have to take into consideration the number that are in jail and not allowed to play unless they are on an early release program. They also have a problem with the ankle bracelets interfering with athletic footwear. That's prevented some of their running backs from reaching their potential.

That’s just the way UGA does it, heck back in the 80’s they had one guy that was 19 extra players.

Checked coots recruits a few years ago. They signed an extra class over a four or five year period. Bet most sec schools do the same.

In recent years we've had several key spots we've been able to delay filling, like when the Power Rangers opted to come back & finish grad school. Signing freshmen is all well and good, but returning lettermen can be pure gold!
