Clemson is not going anywhere. Stop trying to make a mess. We can compete just fine where we are and I'd argue that our chances of a national title would decrease if we leave.
Stop trying to destroy recruiting by stating rediculous claims. We are not leaving. I don't by it for a second.
Recruits ..... Just turn off tiger net for a while and ignore the people who are just imagining things. We are not leaving now. We are staying.

Nebraska, Penn State, Oklahoma, and Southern Cal all had great runs being the dominant team playing much inferior conference (or independent) opponents. That can be our model for excellence.
No need to panic and lose our edge in great recruiting territory.
Also don't underestimate the impressive wealth and population density of the ACC states.

Competition on the field is EXTREMELY secondary in this whole discussion. Conference realignment is about cash, moolah, bucks, clams, dough....this is about MONEY and that is ALL!!!
The only place competition on the field comes into play in this whole debate is in the fact that richer programs ultimately compete better than poorer programs. The end. It's really that simple.
