On the second question. Quick answer: no.

Longer answer that I'm sure you don't care about:
I did some sleuthing. The guy who owns that company is the chief engineer for SCDOT operations. He lives in a 1/2 million dollar house about 1/4 mile from where we have our family reunion, yet I have never heard of him and I have zero friends in common with him or his wife on FB. it looks like he's from Newberry... so he's probably removed from the Lake Murray Adidas's by 5 or 6 generations.
