This is the REAL reason to dump the ACC

Football players and coaches want to play on the big stage.

The ACC is not a BIG stage and will only become less of a factor as the quality of players, coaches and facilities follow the money trail.

The handwriting is on the wall. A spending deficit of $20M annualy is insurmountable.

Aren't you getting pretty tired of the "SEC-speed" references and condescending attitudes toward the ACC? It's just a matter of time until we don't even get a sniff from the national recruits.

And yes, I am tired of the bemoaning and naysaying, but mostly from Clemson fans. We don't need to ##### ourselves out to the midwest to survive. We need to take care of business and we'll be fine.

You're a fool. D Bowers was the #1 recruit when he signed his LOI with Clemson. R Nkemdiche is the #1 recruit who verbally committed to Clemson. The last that I checked we are still in the ACC and are poised to land our second #1 recruit in 5 years.
