the coach of the Oklahoma Sooners. At one point, they won 31 straight games, lost one and then won 47 more in a row. Wonder why his name never comes up as the greatest coach of all time?

I remember him doing commentary. Was too young to remember him coaching at OU.

Texas was in the old Southwest conference then, they played the sooners every year but rarely played the huskers.
