He's averaging 11 boards a game and Smith is averaging 11 as well. Obviously the competition leaves something to be desired but that's still good to see. We need our bigs to give us rebounds, D and some garbage hoops. So far, looking good and we have 3 sitting out the trip

I was hoping Coleman would be more of a presence this season. Perhaps he hasn't healed completely. Is the JUCO going to be able to play this year? Lots of unknowns about this team right now but they are playing great in Italy. Wonder who these teams we are playing would compare with on our schedule?

just weren't cleared in time to qualify for the Italy trip. yes, a lot of questions this year, but I actually think the attitude will be far different with this group and we'll see noticeable improvement. Coleman had a good first game but has been off in his shooting the last 2. He's 100%, so now it;s just getting back in stride. this trip comes at an ideal time for him, and also guys like Nnoko and smith to get great extra work in before the season
