I dont see D1 schools having much more

talent than D2 schools in all sports other than football. Its not uncommon anymore to see smaller schools beat bigger schools and honestly, its not becoming much of a shock when that happens it football as it was back in the day. Wofford almost beat us in 2011 and almost beat coots in 2012. There has a number of D2 schools keeping it a close game or even beating D1 power house schools. Heck, William and Mary play VT every year in football and that's always a close game. I think a big reason behind it is that those smaller schools aren't becoming intimidated anymore and want to show the world that they can beat these teams that are loaded with talent while the bigger schools come in with the mindset that this will be a easy game and will destroy these smaller schools.
