With Cole at QB we've not scored a TD in 27 straight drives

(Excluding the SC State game)
Not a flame to him personally but was surprised to see it this bad. The offense just moves at a different pace with him in.

He struggles in the redzone. We need to be able to punch it in with the RBs (like we did on both of his TD drive against UGA) if we want to score.

After getting used to watching Watson at QB, I was struck by how SLOW Stoudt plays. It's as if he's in slow motion and the rest of the offense justs drags with him. He looks tentative and indecisive, and not just last week when he missed some practice. He's a senior - he should be smarter and more decisive at this point. The play where he took a sack on the goal line right before the half was telling.
We're going to be hurting until Watson gets back. Defense and long field goals are going to have to be enough to win games until then. Sorry, but barring a water-to-wine miracle, that's where we are right now with Stoudt.

position in which we can't run or pass all of a sudden. Heck we only scored 24 on them last year at home with Boyd, Watkins and McDowell. BC beat Southern Cal like a drum, then lost to Colorado State, but they were solid at NC State and looked a lot better than FSU did there. I think this would be a tough game with Watson, but without him, I don't see how we are favored.
