Will Feaster go down in history as the only coot to have:

- won multiple National Championships?
- Beat the Gamecocks 3 times?
- Beat Alabama multiple times?
- Go from a National Championship team to a team that can't even make a bowl game?
You can add your own, as there are others.

5. To beat the coots and lose to the Tigers (?)
There was a previous player (more than one, even?) who has played for both schools, but I don’t know whether the teams he played on won or lost?

There was one from the late 40’s, I think his name was Ralph Jenkins. He was a center that his education was interrupted by the war and attended S.C. after.

Switched teams to get more playing time and ended up with less.

I can only believe he regrets his decision every day.

No way going to USCar has increased his stock. He didn't even start there, with a lower level of competition than at Clemson. Not a good look at all.
He could have enjoyed the benefits of being a beloved Clemson football alumni in the business world if he had chosen differently but now that is highly unlikely. I seriously doubt he will make it in the NFL, if he even gets a chance.
I wish him luck in the future. He is going to need it.

I know a couple lawyers who went to scar after graduating from clemson.
They are good people. Good thing they didn't play the foosball.

If his decision will impact his nfl career or not.
I dont pretend to know everything about some guy I never met. Maybe he had other reasons to transfer.
I don't pound my chest on hindsight. It was his decision to make.
I definitely do not let football influence my job.
Kids transfer all the time.. some do better, some do worse.
If what you people say is true, and morons really do base their hires off football then he likely increased his odds of finding a job in this state after football. There are way more scar fans in this state than clemson.

It was a horrible decision in the end.

It would have helped his draft stock more to play at Clemson. He would have better numbers. He would have more exposure. He would have better Clemson connections.
I feel bad for him that he did that to himself.

None of those accomplishments can be counted as his Coot career accomplishments . Those were from when he was where football means something , where shining trophies rain on the righteous .

Feaster plays well in spurts it seems - sometimes playing "up to the competition" which scares me a bit. He played well vs Bama last year with us & did pretty well vs UGA this year. So he's saved his best work sometimes in bigger games. That might count for his NFL case, unless consistency is big at that level. And it likely is VERY big. All totaled, don't think leaving for Scar was wise.
