APM went to church early then did his version of a full English fry up but with grits instead of beans and apple butter for dessert. Then watched LFC get dat win.

APM then took a walk and went to the gym and still ain’t hungry. Gettin’ my belly stretched out good in prep for Thanksgiving.

Cauliflower even when seasoned and baked, like we did tonight, just tastes so bland. Not a fan. But whatever.

Years ago, I had an older lady from Michigan make cauliflower “like her mom made it.” She seasoned and roasted it whole, with the stem removed. It was incredible. She made some incredible cream corn too. (Of course her mamma was from down around these parts.) It’s probably why I like cauliflower to this day. This is all a true story.

Cauliflower is a replacement for the potatoes. Low cards. I'll make up for it with 1 or 12 beers later. I like roasted cauliflower with curry, cinnamon and olive oil. Plain old cauliflower is the devils weed. <img border=">
