Why is it called Cajun Cafe?

I know they cook out there but we are not a school in Louisiana and have no other Cajun influences at the school. I know it's not a big deal but the name has just made no sense to me

Back in 2000 I used to hang out at the Esso Club with a guy from New Orleans named Quentin Fontenot. I thought he had something to do with it.
