If TL was draft eligible this year.

I could see Bengals taking the hometown guy, but would be difficult to pass on TL.

I think any cold weather team that didnt take TL would be blowing it. His arm is way stronger. He is also younger with a better attitude. It would be an easy call for me. TL. I think Burrow will be good too, but TL has way more upside.

On field might favor Burrow this season, but the deciding factors would be in the interviews and drills that are run for each team.

Manziel is still fresh in everyone's mind.
