Who else would welcome a men’s lacrosse team?

Considering a lot of the powerhouses come from the ACC, it just measles sense. Good sport, typically good student atheletes and not an expensive program to run. I for one would welcome it.

Won't happen because another non-revenue producing sport just doesn't make financial sense.

Aren’t nearly all sports other than football non revenue producing?!? Not sure that’d be reason why.

Then there are the Title IX implications of adding more female athletes. Let it go it's not going to happen.

I think it makes more sense to make men’s rowing a proper varsity sport, given we are on a lake and annually host some of the best teams in the country. Besides, if I wanted the entertainment of watching entitled Yankee boys hit each other, I’d just sit in a big city train station...

If it is good for the school in some way I would be for it. What's the upside?

Working in Charlotte. It’s def picking steam like soccer years ago. The student athletes are true students and good representatives of their schools. Considering our success in soccer. Believe we could compete here as well.

mens and womens lacrosse on riggs field during the spring would not interfere with soccer......facilities are already in place......no more killing of the already limited football parking lots.......i hate that they decided to further encroach jervey meadows with the softball stadium......i would have cut down some trees over by the rowing facility.
