About 10 years ago I used to listen to Mike and Mike. Greenberg spent a portion of many a show campaigning to be on Dancing with the Stars. And this is the guy making fun of our facilities? The guy is a tool shed and his opinion means NOTHING to me.

Exactly.
Better to spend this amount on a CLEAN PROGRAM and eap grwat benefits than to end up spending more for litigators/attorneys/etc and fines and lose your "booger"...

Exactly.
Better to spend this amount on a CLEAN PROGRAM and reap great benefits than to end up spending more for litigators/attorneys/etc and fines and lose your "booger"...

this is to impress 15-17 year old kids... not 40-50 year old guys (although I think it's pretty cool). And this facility is fresh with every new class... will the slide and and the hill get used by the seniors?... maybe not but all the other stuff will. They can hate all they want but it's going to be a force in recruiting and the benchmark for future facilities

Greenberg is a left wing yankee with no clue how people really live in the real world. I think his school Northwestern built a slide years ago and slid right on off the football map. That's just my opinion...??

... it's all part of the never-ending race to attract the best players, and this is the sort of stuff that impresses today's high school stars.
Times have changed and even though some of it can seem a bit over the top, Clemson is on the cutting edge of recruiting from a techno-psychological standpoint.
It's paying off now and it will continue to pay off in the future.

It's mostly for the recruits that choose Clemson, they will have something that they can show off to others, and be proud of that their University cares enough about their comfort while they are at Clemson. What ever someone that will never spend 3-4 years at Clemson, what they think or say, it don't mean horse sh!t to the ones that are enjoying their stay at Clemson!!!
