If so, a stat like that is definitely inflated.
If they actually have to seek out and actively register, I suppose anything is possible, including that.

Wisconsin allows same-day voter registration, so the number of registered voters from November 1st likely does not capture true total of registered voters.

2016. But only 58 % of all voting age citizens. A high % of registered voters always vote, but bad % of those eligible to vote.

What is the % in other states this election?
Did you know they have same-day registration? Doesn't that impact the point you're making?
