Some colleagues asked me if I was prepared for the day Dabo leaves Clemson to go to Bama. I asked them why Dabo would go to Bama?

They said "they always go back to their Alma mater"

I said "Give me an example"

they went "duhhhh?" (I know there are examples)

I said "give me an example where that was a good move?"

they went "duhhhh?"

I said "Dabo has a better program than Bama does and even more so it's his program!"

Of course they're like, "Bama has 17 NCs, blah blah"

I said "Dabo has a better program, same coaching staff for 8 years now..."

They said "they always go back to their Alma mater"

on an extended trip in May and June.

My relatives expect to see the Tiger Paw, and moreso, think Dabo has NO reason to go to Bama.

Neither do I.

Dabo going to Alabama would not be a promotion, it would be a step down. It's the Alabama fans who wish Dabo would replace Saban because he is the only one they believe could maintain Alabama's success. Muschamp might be available.
