Which is larger, Clemson or Georgia Tech?

I have noticed that the Georgia Tech coach and several of his players have mentioned that Clemson has many more students than Ga. Tech and this gives Clemson an advantage by providing a much larger alumni base to donate money.
According to the numbers in 2016 Ga. Tech had 26,700 students and Clemson had 23,400 students. They must use a different math system at Georgia Tech.

Clemson has a few thousand more undergrads but GT has more when you count the grad students.

They were probably basing their estimate on stadium size.***

Yes, they use Iterative Methods for Systems of Equations and we use Accounting. It is not recommended to use Iterative Methods when filing your taxes.

Maybe he meant the number of students and alumni who know what football is? I think that drops them down to like 100 or something.

They are only counting students who don't need visas to attend school in the US.
