When I see too people yelling at each other

My first instinct is to yell, "Fight! Fight! Fight!" and then begin helping to form a circle around the combatants. Apparently someone on the Clemson campus believes the correct protocol is to text the police (also, who has the police text number saved in their phone, seems dangerous).
