What's up with coaches changing shirts?

Was at the game last night so I didn't hear about this until this afternoon. Someone asked me why Clemson coaches changed shirts during the game. Maybe a visibility thing or just sweated up their original ones.

I don't think this is odd. If I'm watching a game at home and my shirt isn't bringing us luck, I run upstairs and change it. After the first quarter yesterday, I could see the need for a new lucky shirt.

We changed our 2 dogs Clemson collars and immediately saw the difference in our team's performance on the field .

To get a rally going, I wore my hat seven different ways to try and get a rally from the offense. I wore it the same way every time we were on defense though.

My guess would be for signals

Signal callers will wear certain shirts or jerseys to signify what parts of the play they are calling. Changing shirts can confuse the other team trying to read signals. Just like audible calls change frequently, etc.
