wow... stopped watching dabo after

Aug 30, 2014, 10:29 PM

he opened with " proud of our guys. We competed hard " .... Not by any means a Dabo hater, but.... were you watching the fourth quarter !!!,

What would you want him to say?

Aug 30, 2014, 10:33 PM

I don't care how much we laid down at the end I do not want a coach coming out publicly calling out players, coaches, or refs as being why we lost. I would bet that was not the way he started the post game talk to the players in the locker room.

I think that we win the other 9 if we played 10 times?***

not suggesting calling them out, but to suggest that

competing was a positive was laughable. Just say we got beat, praise the opponent, and leave it at that

thats what you get with Dabo

no matter what happens that is what he is going to say. Always has and as long as he is the coach he always will. Again nothing wrong with him saying that in a media press conference.

He needs to call himself out first, which he rarely does!

agreed

Can't believe he stopped to pump sunshine when he should have went straight to how he and his staff's halftime adjustments were dog food.

Well, Dabo isn't Slurrier...he isn't going to throw any of

his staff or players under the bus and that's just fine with me. He'll address it off the mic and away from the media...we don't need stage drama.

And he can't throw anyone under the bus really since

everything has his seal of approval. Aspects of his program have been successful in the past. I mean obviously there were both coaching issues and player execution issues that resulted in the outcome. I would have lost some respect for Dabo if he had served up some heads this early in the season. However, what happens if things run off the rails later in the season?

"When I was young, I was sure of many things; now there are only two things of which I am sure: one is, that I am a miserable sinner; and the other, that Christ is an all-sufficient Saviour. He is well-taught who learns these two lessons." -John Newton
