What was the explanation on the Rodgers fumble?

I was watching the game somewhere with no sound so i couldn't hear anything being discussed. Was it not kick catch interference because he misjudged the ball and ran into the BC defender trying to catch it? Or was it just another blown call by ACC officials?

Because ACC refs. Plain as day kick catch interference.
