There are a lot of GT40’s in this area due to the car biz. I really only see the same 4-5.
Today in my town, and I have a pic, but if I share it I dox myself in like 1 second and I have tried to shop and can’t enough to be discreet. Anyway a 2019 Heritage Edition Gulf Blue and Orange passed me and this part of town is a part in downtown with a clock and flowers and such. So you are doing 5-10 at crosswalk and such.
Anywho, I wasn’t going to wave as my Land Cruiser isn’t even in the same ballgame as theirs (he was followed by a 2017 White Porsche 911 Turbo S) so I know my role......until the GT40 guy puts his thumb up and hand out and says, “hey come to Starbucks”. I got an immediate erection.
I cut the block, sweating and nervous, time my 2pac off and out on some country. I start talking to them and about our cars and cars in general. He had a small 25 or so Yeti with him with scotch in it. We had a glass and talked. Won’t tell what he does, but he used to bounce a ball and is tall, but not too tall and is white and played for a team in a town near me.
Super cool dudes, but here is the clutch. They invited me, not my car (boooo!!!) to Concours this year. They have an exotic preshow and it’s invite only. So the wife and I got the invite. I am so stoked.
This is all contingent that Gov Whitmer lets the event happen this year.

I wish man. I wish. I would like to sell and go to a late 90 sports car. These guys see what mine is worth and getting into that realm gets me the equity I would need.
