Just a guess: Although not listed as receivers coach, probably has input on receivers, route, etc and not just the QB.

correct. The qb coach only coaches the QBs and runs

The passing game coordinator has more responsibility, like an OC but not calling plays.

I think it's also a 'next OC' designation.

Streeter is purely a Clemson man, but he is s brilliant QB coach and is sharp enough to garner outside interest. He also has some OC experience from his time at Liberty.

I think Dabo is planning for the next transition.

I'm not a fan of limiting future options which is why I was happy streeter was not given the Co-OC title.
