coots need someone that actually cares about that program, to save them from themselves. A person of substance, smart, hardworking, caring, unselfish and of high character. They need the kind of Coach, that will stop the game when people start throwing trash, get on the PA system and tell them if he sees one more thing thrown, the team will walk and forfeit. The coots need a cultural makeover from the ground up. They’re all anger and resentment and spite. Until they get off that path, they are doomed.

I think that you are right Mr Gumby but who is that person willing to take on that impossible challenge? Changing the culture at u of sc is not going to be a quick fix. I don’t think great recruiting will do it. It may improve the win totals but only solve a small part of their problems. It the old “lipstick on a pig” thing!

I agree. It won’t be easy and it won’t be fast. No clue who might meet that standard, but I think it needs to be someone with strong ties in S.C.

Coot coach actually got on the PA like you say, all that would happen is the next round of batteries and water bottles would be aimed directly at him. You don't realize what a depraved crowd you are dealing with there. Philly fans booed Santa Claus years ago, these idjits would assault him in the parking lot after the game.
