A couple of weeks ago I was watching Monday Night Football. I have not watched it in years since I'm all about college football these days. I was honestly shocked at their lineup of announcers. Back in the day, Monday Night football had a lineup of the best of the best in football announcers. Now it's like guys you would expect to see on the Jefferson Pilot noon game from back in the day. What the hell happened?

Which isn’t saying a whole lot. Supposedly Witten was put there because that’s who Jerry wanted and ESPN is angling to get in the next Super Bowl TV lineup. I like Tess and Booger is fantastic on talk radio but announcing and specially doing it from that dumb cart he drives around just isn’t working out.
