If TCU and Penn St go undefeated and 2 undefeated teams play a close game for the SECC I don't think the we get in even if we are undefeated from here on out.

I'm willing to bet that we're in.

Penn State was left out last year mainly because they had two losses. This year, no way a one-loss Power-5 champions will be left out, unless there are four undefeated Power-5 champions, which has never happened before, even when we had "6 major conferences".

TU for a sensible post, vs others on here claiming who we are playing in Pasadena.... Waaaa?

Anyhow, the NEXT game is always the most important. I do think PSU will be challenged against OSU.

Also, we need to win with some convincing style and put some big points on board, which for one reason or other we haven’t done so much.

Excellent analysis!! Exactly the reason 4 teams is a perfect number for the playoff - you play your way in - or out as the case may be.
